Integration Details

This connector integrates your existing EasyShifts application with the current version of ADP Workforce Now®. You can export schedules and time-off requests into ADP, as well as import Workers from ADP.

You can keep ADP Workforce Now® employee data current in EasyShifts. You can also export schedules from EasyShifts to ADP in order to do things like run Scheduled vs Actual reporting in ADP.

Import Employees From ADP

This integration allows you to import ADP employees directly into EasyShifts. It will also keep their profile up-to-date by syncing with ADP Workforce Now®.

1. Import workers from ADP to EasyShifts
2. Update EasyShifts employee data from ADP

Export Shifts to ADP

You can use ADP's timeclock and "Scheduled vs. Actual" reporting, while using EasyShifts to create and manage schedules.

1. Schedule shifts in EasyShifts as usual
2. Go to Payroll Reports
3. Specify report parameters for Payroll Report as usual
4. Click "Export Shifts to ADP"

Send Time Off Requests to ADP

Time Off requests approved in EasyShifts are automatically shared with ADP Workforce Now®.

1. Create and approve Time Off requests in EasyShifts as usual.
2. ADP-imported Employees will select from ADP-resident Time Off types.
3. When approved, Time Off requests will be sent from EasyShifts to ADP
